一部のcssが上記環境で無効になるらしい。
（具体的には、display:table　のtable-cellによる横並び設定が無効になってしまった。）

それをさけるためには、
meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=edge,chrome=1″

のメタタグ追加をすればよい。
